  1. You need 500 grams of Gnocchi.
  2. It's 1 of Parmesan Cheese.
  3. Prepare 1 can of Chopped tomatoes.
  4. Prepare 1 of Green, Yellow, Red bell pepper.
  5. It's 1 clove of Garlic.
  6. It's 1 packages of Basil.
  7. You need 1/2 of Red Onion.
  8. It's 350 grams of Pasta Sauce.
  9. It's 3 tbsp of Olive oil.

Tomato, Basil, Parmesan Gnocchi step by step

  1. Chop peppers, basil & onion.
  2. Boil saucepan of water then add Gnocchi, then heat on medium for 6 mins.
  3. Add olive oil to pan on medium heat add garlic, peppers & onion. stir well for 5 mins.
  4. Drain gnocchi, return to saucepan & add pasta sauce, stir well..
  5. Serve Gnocchi to plate, top with peppers, basil, onions. Sprinkle with parmesan chesse.
