Beet Gnocchi(pasta) step by step
- Combine potato,beet puree, salt and flour knead on a floured surface until smooth. Divide into equal portions then roll each part into a thick rope cut each rope and roll each piece down the lines of a fork.Cook ganochhi 2-3 mintues or untill done. Remove gnocchi with a perforated spoon.
- Heat butter into a pan add garlic and chilli then add gnochhi, coriander mix well.
