  6. It's 3 tbsp of Desiccated Coconut.
  7. It's 1/4 cup of Mix Chopped Dry fruits.

  1. Mash the banana. Add peanut butter. Microwave for 30 sec..
  2. Mean while grind peanut coarsely..
  3. Now add roasted amarnath flour, honey. Microwave for 30 sec. Now add coarsely grinded peanut and mix dryfruits, melon seeds and desiccated coconut.Mix well..
  4. Now grease the mold and fill the mixture in mould. Healthy modak is ready..
