- Take 1 hand full of cashew,almonds along with 2 tbsp shredded coconut.Skin the almonds..
- Grind them well with little water to form a thick paste.Keep it aside..

- In a large pan,heat some oil and add cumin seeds,cardamom, bay leaf,cinnamon sticks and stir..

- Once that is done,add the tomatoes and cook for 5 mins,.
- Same time in another small pan,shallow fry the paneer cubes and remove excess oil and keep..
- Make a paste of this masala and pour it back to the pan with little heated oil..
- Combine the cashew coconut paste with this masala puree and mix well..
- Now add the fried paneer cubes, green peas and mix well..
- Mix in little heavy cream for that richness of the gravy..
- Serve hot garnished with some cilantro and heavy cream..
