- In mixing bowl add maida-wheat flour,salt,oil and mix to make crumble. Add little little water and bind into semi soft dough. Knead for 2-3 minutes.Keep aside..
- To make stuffing..in kadhai heat 1 tbsp oil. Add chopped capsicum,saute for 30 seconds. Add sweet corn kernels and saute for 30 secs. Add paneer cubes and mix well. Off the flame. Add salt and chilli flakes. Divide into 4 portions..
- Knead dough again and make 4 equal size flatten balls. Roll it with dry flour into 7-8" round tortilla..
