- Take a pan and put oil,when oil will hotthan add green cardmom,cloves,black pepper corn,red chilli,cinnamon stick,ginger garlic cut into small pieces,onion,tomato,green chilli,cashew,salt.Saute it for 7 to 8 mins,add some waterand cool down.Grind into a fine paste..
- Than again take a pan for gravy.put oil in pan add cuminseed,bay leaf,ginger garlic paste saute for 2 min than strain onion tomato paste add gravy than add red chilli pwdr,turmeric pwdr,coriander pwdr, cumin pwdr, salt and cook for 5 minthan add 250 gms paneer cut into small cubes,cook it for 5 min and add garam masala,kasuri methi,lower d flame and add fresh cream or malai,fresh coriander leaves.Than take a onion slice and put in between than put live charcoal +ghee.Smoke and serve paneer angar.
