  12. You need 1/2 cup of Xoconostle (fund in mexican stores is a kind of cactus fruit, a bitt bitter and acidic), peel, remove seeds and sliced.

  1. clean an devein all chiless, and cook them with water untill soft.
  2. add oil to a deep pot, untill hot then add beef chuck and salt, cook until meat looks caramelized.

  5. add more water until the meat is completely cover,add some epazote branches, let it cook in low flame for about 20 mins..
