  4. With a blender or food processor puree the sauce and add the cilantro..
  5. Adjust the taste with salt, sugar and maybe lime..

Salsa and cilantro cream can be made up to a day ahead and stored in fridge. Top with Tomato Salsa and Cilantro Cream; serve with lime wedge.
