- Cover bottom of 9-inch pie dish with enchilada sauce, place tortilla on top..
- Spoon sauce and meat mixture over tortilla, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top..
- Repeat layers until pie dish is nearly full..
- After your final layer, place one tortilla on top, then spread the rest of your enchilada sauce on it..
- Bake for 30 minutes. I sprinkle more cheese on for the last 10 minutes..
- Dinner is served!.
