- Take ghee in a non stick pan and add dal.Start frying on medium heat..
- On other side boil milk,water and sugar together. After 15 mts When dal is half fried add milk into it..
- Continue frying till whole milk is absorbed..
- Continue frying halwa.When it becomes smooth and ghee starts oozing out,switch off the gas..
- Add elaichi pdr and small pieces of cashews and almonds..
- Hot halwa is ready to serve..
