This Cuban Picadillo recipe is my family's favorite! It's really quick and easy to make, I make it a few times a month and make enough so we have leftovers which are great in tacos, stuffed peppers, empanadas and just about anything you can think of! Picadillo, a classic Cuban dish, remains popular because it's so easy to make, and because of its appealing sweet and savory flavors. And just in case you didn't know, my husband and his family are all Mexican. Picadillo is a Cuban-style hash made with ground pork, ground beef, or both.
