- It's 1 tsp of each, Sage, Pepper, Salt, Parsley.
- It's 1/2 cup of Ketchup.
- It's 1 of Additional ketchup for topping.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. To make the meatloaf, first saute the onion and pepper in a little olive oil until the onion is soft, then add garlic and continue to cook for another minute. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, bread, egg, milk, sauteed onion/pepper/garlic, salt and a bit of pepper. The best way ensure it is cooked through is to use a meat thermometer.

- Add ketchup on top as glaze..
- Bake 350° for 1 hr..
- Remove from oven and prop up pan so fat drains away. Let stand 10 min..
- Slice and serve..
