  1. Cut all the vegetables into required shape & mix them into a bowl..
  2. Put some minced garlic, chilli flakes, dried oregano & mix well..
  3. To the veggie mixture add some grated cheese & do the required seasoning as per taste..
  4. Preheat the oven at 180° C.
  5. Now take a baking tray and arrange the baguette slice / bread & toast the slice till little brown or half done..
