- Prepare - 6 slices of Baguette or any loaf bread.
- Prepare 1 of Bell pepper chopped.
- It's 1 of Tomato chopped.
- You need 2 tbsp of Boiled Corns -.
- Prepare 1 of Onion chopped.
- It's As needed of Grated cheese - for topping.
- You need as needed of Chilli flakes, oregano - for flavour.
- You need as needed of Olive oil - just for drizzling on top.

Vegetable Crostini instructions
- Cut all the vegetables into required shape & mix them into a bowl..
- Put some minced garlic, chilli flakes, dried oregano & mix well..
- To the veggie mixture add some grated cheese & do the required seasoning as per taste..
- Preheat the oven at 180° C.
- Now take a baking tray and arrange the baguette slice / bread & toast the slice till little brown or half done..
- Now top the toasted bread with mix veggies on each slice, drizzle with few drops of olive oil on each bread slice..
- Bake it in oven till cheese melt to golden brown. Serve hot.
