- It's of Warm water.
- Prepare of Cooking oil+unrefined palm oil.

- Sift the Unga into a basin and make a well in the middle. Add a little water in the well and start making a dough.
- When dough is rough add the carrots and continue kneading. Add water until the dough is well done.
- Once done add the cooking oil and knead. I like yellow dough so I add 4 tablespoons of unrefined palm oil. Knead and leave to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Once rested roll out the dough, apply the cooking oil and cut into strips. Fold the strips.
- Dust the rolled doughs and roll into circles.
- Put on a hot pan and fry. Once done remove from fire and set a side.
- Serve with stew of choice.
