  4. Once rested roll out the dough, apply the cooking oil and cut into strips. Fold the strips.
  5. Dust the rolled doughs and roll into circles.
  6. Put on a hot pan and fry. Once done remove from fire and set a side.
  7. Serve with stew of choice.
