  1. Peel the eggs and prick the eggs with toothpick, heat oil and add turmeric powder and stirfry the eggs just to get crispy egg skin..
  2. Remove the eggs and set aside, add whole cumin (jeera) and onions, fry till golden brown, add tomatoes,chillie flakes, cinnamon pwdr, salt and kasuri methi and cook till gravy is thick.
  3. Add the eggs and cook for few min. Serve hot with chapati,rice or pancakes.(I served with pancakes)..
